Graphic Designer, Beauty

As we restructure and expand our creative team, we’re seeking a talented and digitally-minded Graphic Designer to join us at a pivotal moment. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings digital-first thinking, and is excited to work on a wide range of marketing assets. You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and work closely with one of our Cofounders (Christina), playing a critical role in day-to-day creative execution and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute compelling assets for digital campaigns, paid media, social media, email newsletters, and website content • Translate marketing briefs into visually captivating storytelling that aligns with brand strategy • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and the Cofounders to support ongoing initiatives • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries • Support larger campaign concepts and creative ideation sessions with the Creative Director • Assist in quick-turn creative needs for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Requirements • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and paid social work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Canva • Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable working independently • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once • Understanding of performance marketing and content optimization is a plus
