With our SmartHive sensors, we monitor the health of our bees year-round to ensure exceptional quality and strength. The position: We are hiring a graphic design lead to help us introduce the BeeHero Precision Pollination service to almond growers throughout the Central Valley of California in the most beautiful and efficient way possible. The primary responsibilities: \\- Conceptualize, design, and iterate on print/digital collateral \\- Conceptualize and design swag and trade show displays \\- When time permits, back up the product team in Israel on platform design An ideal fit: \\- Graphic design background - digital art or marketing related degree or significant relevant experience \\- Experience in agriculture, farm work, environmental studies \\- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products \\- Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments \\- Adept with new technology Nice to Have: \\- Strong writing skills \\- Experience with almond farming \\- Basic website design background Compensation: \\- Competitive base salary \\- Benefits (health/dental) \\- Ownership equity in a well-respected, well funded FarmTech startup Ready to change the world with us?
