As a Bottega Louie employee, you will report to the Marketing Director and work in a team environment where each member is a critical contributing factor to producing premium Guest Experiences to satisfy the needs and tastes of our discerning Guests. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced culture that is supported by leaders who propel you to your full potential. - Coordinate interdepartmentally to maintain and develop our internal and external marketing materials, catalogs, merchandising materials, products and packaging that are brand indicative - Work with ownership to update and create new trend setting packaging - Stay on top of the competitive creative landscape (packaging, print, design and branding) including the latest design trends, innovations and techniques - Employ an iterative design process and value engineer with Vendors to develop or re-design packaging so that Bottega Louie is producing best quality product at best possible price - Administer Request for Proposal and competitive bid purchasing process - Manage sampling-to-production process and purchasing for all packaging and printed materials - Maintains existing and develops new vendor relationships - Manage projects and report status to ensure timely launches - Shoot and edit stylized brand photography: people, menu items, products and pastry for internal and external uses - Shoot and edit training, preparation procedure and instructional videos - Produce, edit and deliver content for internal and external marketing and social media - Edits and prints menus, price signs and other printed merchandising documents and signs. Uploads and maintains site menus and other documents and ensures mobile and desktop platform accessibility - Create Internal branding collateral, template(s) for board meetings and internal communications - Create and distribute e-blasts and social media content in coordination with Creative team - Create design illustrations for employee training materials - Distribute brand collateral and pictures properly formatted for internal and external use - Graphic design, creative, or relevant experience with consumer products, packaging, print and digital - Ability to work with internal subject matter experts to maintain internal and external brand strategy and visual language throughout multiple platforms: packaging, digital, external Guest marketing materials, in-store merchandising, investor presentations, training manuals and other internal Company documents - Experience in managing projects from concept to completion - Photography and web design relevant experience required - BA or Bachelor of Communication Arts degree in graphics design or related field is preferred - 3 plus years’ graphic design or other creative work experience - Skilled in formatting and copyediting
