Responsibilities • Design innovative solutions across assigned projects • Collaborate with Creative colleagues to execute design assignments • Ensure compliance with brand identity and style guidelines • Support the Creative Director and cross-functional leads • Manage project tasks from initiation through execution • Prepare and ensure quality assurance of design presentations • Stay updated on design industry trends and technologies Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field plus 1 year of experience; OR high school diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience • Original portfolio showcasing a variety of design outputs • Experience developing designs from conception to execution • Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional marketing team • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
