As a leading natural brain supplement company, we are looking for a passionate and talented Administrative and Design Assistant, Brand & Creative Services to join our team in support of Marketing and Sales assets, content, and administrative support related to sales assets, social media content, and brand assets. In this position, you'll closely collaborate with our Brand, Sales, and Marketing department leads to create compelling sales and marketing materials, website brand content, brand hero content, and support various administrative tasks and projects that require presentations and materials to various departments. Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing, Sales, and Social Media departments to design and develop brand hero content (video and static)Project manage workflows on multiple brands throughout BrainJuice, BrainJava, and BrainWater team creative asset needsDaily production of sales assets, sales presentations, sales decks, and other sales materials used by the Sales Team Amazon creative assets (weekly updates for Amazon packaging, etc), including brand story, sales assets, and other needs (US & EX-US)Create engaging visuals for campaigns and advertisementsCreate social media content, heroes, and other assets Assist in developing internal and external meeting presentation materialsDesign and maintain brand assets, including printed brochures, online banners, social media ads, product packaging, and brand identity assets, ensuring consistency across all platformsContribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions with thoughtful resolution to projects in motionCreate/work with video/audio content for various platforms such as company websites, social media channels, YouTube, email marketing campaigns (website, Shopify, Klaviyo), digital advertisements, etcProvide files in the production-ready format required by various vendors, e.g., printers, web developers, etcDesign and create weekly email marketing campaigns for the E-Commerce and Sales Team Creative and asset management—seeking accuracy, brand quality control, and accuracy of use of logos, color-codes, SKU details, etcTrack and manage creative projects, deadlines, and deliverables for Brand, Creative Services, Social Media, and Sales TeamsCoordinate with internal teams and vendors for project executionOversee creative requests, revisions, and approvals for consistencyCreate high-quality 3D product renderings for sales, e-commerce, social media, and marketing Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate environment, preferably with a consumer product, creative, or marketing agencyExceptional creativity and innovative design skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to accept direction and complete tasks within the quick time frames with moving targets Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a MUST!Strong portfolio exhibiting work, diversity in perspective, creative concept, and design skills Creative portfolio required for considerationCreativity, communication, project management, and problem-solving skillsCopywriting ability is a plusA passion for health and wellness is a plusAbility to work under pressure of deadlines is a mustExperience in consumer product packaging design is desiredExperience working in a startup environment Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, constantly challenging environmentFamiliarity with Oracle NetSuite CRM to support sales and marketing workflows is a plusExperience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT-5, Adobe Firefly, OpenArt.ai, Runway ML, MidJourney) to streamline creative processes, enhance project management, and accelerate asset production is a plus
