About the Role

We're looking for a rare find - a graphic designer with a genuine point of view, well-rounded creative skills, exceptional taste, and entrepreneurial instincts. The right person for this role doesn't wait to be directed, they see what's needed, offer solutions, and execute at a level that matches speed with excellence. Key Responsibilities

Concept and produce social graphics, campaign assets, and digital content across platformsEdit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and brand use with an editorial sensibilityMaintain and evolve brand design systems across templates, formats, and channelsCollaborate on product launches, campaign rollouts, event collateral, and retailer deliverablesConcept and execute artwork on packaging and fixture dielinesPerform basic photo retouching and color correction for product imageryBring ideas proactively — not just executing briefs but anticipating needs and solving problems before they're flaggedMust-Haves

3–5+ years of experience in beauty, hair, or a closely adjacent lifestyle category — you understand the consumer, the visual language, and the competitive landscapeA portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual range and refined execution — we want to see that you can take a project through ideation to productionMastery of Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaA strong typographic sensibility and a genuine, developed eye for elevated designHighly self-directed — you can take a loose direction and run with it, and you know when to ask a question versus when to just decideComfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and speed mattersProactive communicator — you flag early, update often, and don't let things go quietStrong attention to detail, including basic print production knowledge
