The Graphic Designer position is on the Brand Innovation team within the Creative Department. As a Graphic Designer, you will directly collaborate with the marketing department, product development, copywriters, and art directors to craft compelling creative strategies, concepts, activations and designs. You will maintain and evolve every Congo Brand as well as differentiate any new product innovation. The Responsibilities • Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate closely with the Brand Innovation team to conceptualize and develop creative strategies that elevate the brand's visual identity. • 2-4 years of design experience required.
