Qualifications and Skills A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent demonstratable experience 5 years minimum of experience in a full-time graphic design role Proven graphic design experience - strong portfolio A keen eye for aesthetics and details Skilled in Adobe Suite - AI, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Fluency in Microsoft Office products and Windows required, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; very experienced in PowerPoint pitch decks/presentations Excellent command of the English language and ability to produce and proof grammatically correct materials Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills and maintain a professional demeanor Project tracking through scheduling, creation, approval, regulatory compliance, and print/digital production; routing of materials ready for use Participate in team meetings to develop, refine, and implement new product launch strategies and increase lead generation of existing products Track record of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with email marketing; HubSpot (or similar) email composition and general email marketing functionality Website design experience, preferably in WordPress and DIVI template Responsibilities Help evolve Fairway’s brand image and build Fairway’s brand awareness in the commercial real estate investment industry Create graphic design solutions for a variety of marketing communications (mostly digital; we do not produce print media or printed collateral) Participate in the development and execution of Fairway’s annual and quarterly marketing strategy Fairway uses HubSpot for email marketing and you will be responsible for email design/composition Our website is WordPress/Divi and we do frequent updates.
