DM Clinical Research, the largest privately-owned clinical research organization in Houston is looking for a Graphic Designer - Branding to join our team. DM Clinical Research, the largest privately-owned clinical research organization in the Houston area and one of the top fifty sites in the country, is looking for a Graphic Designer - Branding. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and eager to grow candidate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be detail oriented and organized, and will work well both independently and in collaborative scenarios.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create visual and graphic support for internal and external needs at DM Clinical Research.
Create supporting assets, including graphics, flyers, postcards, banners, and slides for company branding, etc.
Coordinates with internal teams in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
Effectively take inspiration and feedback to execute and deliver design ideas.
Organize all assets and adobe files for all projects/tasks in our library.
Follow directions for consistent corporate branding or campaign art direction.
Coordinates with outside agencies and printers, etc. to complete projects.
Assist with other graphic design assignments as needed.
Keep updated on latest trends and technology for video, animation, and social media content.
Contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Ability to pivot and assist other designers based on capacity, priorities, deadlines, etc.

Knowledge & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a graphic design, digital media, web design or related creative field

Experience:

Minimum of two years experience in graphic design.
Minimum of two years experience in web design.
Experience with both print and digital media.
Experience with DIVi Platform.
