Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage updates to digital properties including website, intranet, and social media • Execute and manage digital signage content • Support content development including light editing and captioning • Assist with video production for internal and external audiences • Collaborate with the Creative Director on design deliverables including social media assets, email banners, signage elements, and video/photo edits • Prepare art files for production • Generate creative concepts with strong attention to detail • Interface with cross-functional teams to gather relevant content and stories Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • BFA in Graphic Design or related field • 2+ years of experience in graphic design • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), WordPress, PowerPoint, and Premiere Pro • Solid portfolio showcasing digital design work (provide links) • Knowledge of layout, typography, digital publishing, and design across various platforms • Familiarity with user-interface design and interactive media • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects • Positive, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
