Supporting the Lifecycle Marketing team, the contract Graphic Designer - California Contract will design email and SMS campaigns focused on customer retention, working remotely for approximately 30-40 hours per week over a duration of 6 months or more. Key responsibilities Design evergreen and automated lifecycle email campaigns and supporting SMS visual assets Collaborate with creative, copy, and lifecycle marketing teams to conceptualize and execute customer-facing assets Iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder feedback and maintain organized files for seamless handoff to developers Required qualifications 3-5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce or related fields Strong portfolio showcasing email, CRM/retention, and SMS marketing work Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent understanding of responsive design and data-driven design principles Experience with motion/GIF creation is a plus
