Responsibilities: • Concept, design, and refine camouflage and texture patterns for print, digital, and product applications. • Support new pattern development initiatives from concept through commercialization. • 3+ years of professional design experience; outdoor, camouflage, or textile design background preferred. • Ability to blend creative artistry with technical precision.
