Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years working as a Graphic or Digital Artist or similar preferred - Must have a portfolio of work to include with application - Associate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field - Highly-skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and the full Microsoft Office Suite - Strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities including print, packaging, digital, typography and presentation design - WordPress digital design experience a plus - A strong understanding of Macs & PC cross-utilization - Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Successfully manages time, work flow and schedule in order to meet strict and sometimes aggressive deadlines with consistent quality performance - Works quickly and efficiently with focus and a keen attention to detail - Able to problem solve and find multiple design solutions - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and follow direction from supervisory positions and team members to complete projects - Ability to communicate clearly with team members and colleagues during meetings - Must take pride in their work and be passionate about design - Request for Proposal (RFP) process a plus Compass Corporate
