This role combines your design expertise with the fast-paced world of commercial real estate, where you'll create everything from extensive offering memorandums to dynamic marketing campaigns. What your day-to-day will look like: • Design and assemble comprehensive multi-page offering memorandums (30+ pages) featuring photography, aerials, floor plans, maps and financial data with meticulous attention to layout consistency and branding • Collaborate with deal teams to transform verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations and presentations that support business development efforts • Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment • Create dynamic email campaigns and digital marketing materials that align with JLL branding standards while meeting client and team preferences • Research and implement current design trends and software innovations to keep JLL's marketing materials cutting-edge and competitive • Provide design consultation and guidance to team members, taking initiative to support colleagues when additional help is needed • Maintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs to meet specific client requirements and deal team preferences For more information about how JLL processes your personal data, please view our Candidate Privacy Statement.
