Support the creation, rollout, and ongoing evolution of Carter’s new brand guidelines.Translate brand strategy into clear, scalable design systems including typography, color, layout, iconography, and graphic elements.Build flexible toolkits and templates that enable consistency across teams, channels, and partners.Partner closely with Creative leadership to define and refine the future visual expression of the brand.Act as a steward of the new brand—ensuring consistency while thoughtfully evolving the system over time. Partner with Art Directors and photography teams to concept and execute laydown photography that aligns with brand standards.Provide direction on composition, styling and prop usage to ensure a cohesive brand look and feel.Design and evolve packaging systems that reflect the Carter’s brand identity and stand out in retail environments.Ensure packaging and photography work together seamlessly as part of a holistic brand experience. Bring the brand to life through thoughtful, simple motion design across digital touchpoints.Create animations for social, digital marketing, presentations, and brand moments.Ensure motion aligns with and enhances the overall brand identity—not just decorates it. Strong graphic design foundation with expertise in brand systems, visual identity, and a refined eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to independently manage projects from concept through production.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work within constraints, meet deadlines, and continuously improve process and output quality.Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to take and apply creative direction effectively.Collaborative, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
