Key Responsibilities: • Design and produce innovative sales proposals and supporting documents for sales and retention efforts • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders • Build and maintain relationships with sales and retention teams to ensure smooth workflows • Oversee the use of images, adhering to legal and company guidelines, to uphold image integrity and manage digital assets within the organization • Contribute to the development and maintenance of asset libraries Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating a range of work • Minimum of two years of graphic design experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint • Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail • Solid project management and organizational skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Proven track record in a deadline-driven environment Compass Corporate
