Graphic Designer, Client Training and Education

Within Mastercard Advisors, the Client Training & Education (CTE) team is responsible for training and onboarding clients on our platforms and services. The Graphic Designer is a team member who actively contributes to delivering training and education for Mastercard Advisors clients. • Contribute towards the development of eLearning and onsite training programs for large, strategically important global clients from a central delivery hub • Obtain information from multiple sources, collate, analyze, and convert information to develop effective visual presentations, animations, and other training materials and programs • Apply a range of graphic design and eLearning techniques to effectively construct lessons and develop training resources • Plan, organize, and structure own work to manage time and effort effectively within project timeline expectations All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
