Responsibilities Creates high-quality graphics and visual designs for application across various channels-print, digital, and multimedia-acting as a contributor to high profile projects like national campaigns and as a lead designer on smaller scope projects.Fully executes original design projects based on existing brand guidelines for a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Participates in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing collaboratively alongside other creative team members and project stakeholders to ensure the product applies the best practices and best ideas in their work and the work of their colleagues Successfully communicates ideas, rationale, and specifics of design solutionsResponds collaboratively to project revisions, seeking solutions that meet best practices while understanding and resolving concerns from various subject matter expertsQualifications Required QualificationsAssociate's degree and at least 3 years professional experience in Graphic Design or related field; or bachelor's degree and at least 2 years professional experience in Graphic Design or related fieldKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Working knowledge of industry standard design softwareWorking knowledge of best practices in print and digital communicationAbility to work within established brand guidelinesProven written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and involvement, prioritizing tasks appropriatelyWorks independently as well as under guidance from senior team membersWorks well under time constraints or to a deadlineApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-based visa status.
