You will be responsible for creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and developing communications for clients that inspire their employees to engage in their benefits and improve their well-being. Writing, Design & Communications Production • Create compelling content and design for PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and manage the presentation production process. • Organize and maintain a centralized library of stock photography and graphics for presentations and client communications and keep the content current. Education/Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field • Two or more years of graphic design experience in a team environment • Proven experience writing content, such as feature stories and/or marketing collateral • Willingness to present a portfolio demonstrating your ability to write compelling content and visually communicate key messages in an effective and compelling manner Required Skills and Attributes: • Proficiency in graphic design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) • Advanced skills in PowerPoint • Data visualization skills – ability to represent data using visual elements like graphs, charts, maps, and infographics • Copywriting and proofreading skills • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively organize tasks and shift priorities as needed • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with co-workers, clients, and vendors • Strong attention to detail • Ability to apply brand standards creatively and strategically to a variety of projects • Innate curiosity that compels you to ask questions and research details • Ability to complete projects on time and within budget • Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps • Willingness to jump in and assist where needed
