What you’ll do: • Produce compelling, high-level, creative sales proposals for Compass Group’s sales teams • Create innovative and attractive PowerPoint presentations • Work closely with Compass Group’s sectors to learn about the company’s products and services • Build creative proposals based on requests from clients in an accurate and timely manner • Work as a team player and independently, selecting the best course of action under tight deadlines • Ensure proper use of all design assets including logos and images • Consistently present new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design, and share best practices during team meetings Who you’ll be: • Highly creative, engaged, and an eye for detail • A project manager with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple divisions and multiple jobs at a time • Expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint • Ability to develop new designs from conception to completion • Ability to meet short and long deadlines, and switch gears quickly • A confident verbal and written communicator who takes initiative and likes a challenge • Bachelor’s degree required About the Company: Compass Group, North America
