Graphic Designer / Content Creator

Produce, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content. Create and manage Meta ads to enhance outreach and engagement.Content Creation & Graphic Design - Capture photos and videos of daily activities across departments (e.g., Early Childhood, Fitness, Membership, Sports, etc.). Support special projects and organizational initiatives.QualificationsStrong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.Proficient in photography and videography with ability to capture high-quality media.Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic website CMS.Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.Preferred SkillsExperience with social media analytics and advertising metrics. Knowledge of Jewish culture and holidays is a plus.Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a full-time, in-person role located at our Miami campus.
