Design compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, and presentations Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all Megatel Homes platforms Create visual assets for new communities, floor plans, elevations, and promotional campaigns Refresh and elevate existing materials with a cohesive, modern aesthetic Support website graphics, landing pages, and email marketing visuals Prepare files for print and digital distribution with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to conceptualize and execute design projects Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, in‑house environment • Someone who can elevate the Megatel brand through thoughtful, modern design
