Too Sweet Cakes is a community-rooted bakery brand with retail and production operations across Arizona and Oregon. Design & Content Creation • Design and produce Instagram Stories, static posts, carousels, and visual editorials aligned with our brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns • Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content including Reels and TikToks • Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs — typography, color, tone, and style • Stay ahead of visual trends on Instagram and TikTok, bringing fresh ideas and formats to the team Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related creative role • Strong proficiency in design tools — Canva is a must; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent) is a strong plus • Experience creating short-form video content, with an understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok • A sharp eye for aesthetics — composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality • Self-starter who takes creative initiative and brings ideas to the table, not just executes them • Bonus: photography skills, experience with food or lifestyle brands A portfolio is required to be considered for this role. This part-time role offers $24–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and portfolio strength.
