Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Are you a highly creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling? Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual composition Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom Experience creating artwork for both digital and print production Understanding of packaging design, print specifications, and production-ready file setup Photography, videography, and basic video editing experience preferred Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects and platforms Experience working with printers, vendors, and production partners Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable working safely around firearms and firearm components Interest in firearms, outdoor, or tactical industries Experience with packaging design and product branding Web, UI/UX, or e-commerce design experience Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital advertising Familiarity with print production processes and vendor coordination Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web asset preparation Product photography or studio lighting experience Illustration or custom apparel design experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred 2+ years of professional graphic design or multimedia design experience preferred Experience with packaging design, print production, or branded product design is a plus Strong portfolio demonstrating design, layout, branding, and creative production work required Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts) Work Location: Onsite (no remote option)
