Overview: August Brook is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand visual identity to life across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and high-impact designs that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Consistency: Maintain, elevate, and enforce August Brook’s visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Digital Design: Create compelling assets for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Print & Collateral: Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, presentations, event signage, and corporate collateral.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from inception to completion.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of design assets, photography, and templates.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or web design tools is a strong plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, excellent typography skills, versatile layout capabilities, and a keen eye for color theory.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle constructive feedback and tight deadlines with grace.
