Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team onsite in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker who can bring ideas to life across both digital and print formats, with some hands-on experience in video editing and content production for social media.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality visual assets including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, web assets, short-form videos, and print collateralConceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with project briefs and brand directionEdit and produce short videos for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to deliver design solutions that support business goalsMaintain brand consistency across all creative outputsPrepare production-ready files for both print and digital channelsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesReceive and incorporate feedback quickly and effectivelyRequired Qualifications2–3 years of professional graphic design experienceStrong conceptual design skills with the ability to generate and communicate creative ideasSome experience with video editing/production for social mediaProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro or similar a plus)Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theoryAbility to work onsite in Raleigh, NC, Monday through FridayStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design and conceptual workExcellent communication and organization skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with presentation design (PowerPoint or similar)Understanding of digital design best practicesExperience with production or pre-press workflows
