Graphic Designer (Contract)

is seeking a highly creative, ideas led Graphic Designer who has a passion for brand and packaging design to support our growing business, on a contract basis. This role will work closely with our Creative Director and marketing team to bring OGeez!’s vibrant brand to life across all touchpoints. This is a flexible, remote-friendly contract role ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves building consumer-facing brands. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams (sales and marketing) to design and execute: • Brand and visual identity systems • Packaging design and graphic systems • Digital & social media assets (email, web, paid ads, etc.) • Strong illustration skills • Exceptional eye with attention to detail • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by ownership and autonomy • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Understanding of print production and packaging deadlines • Passion for copywriting and willingness to contribute to creative writing • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a Creative Director • Experience in cannabis design a plus
