About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer (mid-level or senior) to support a multi-year engagement with a major public-sector transportation client.

This is a production-forward role ideal for a designer who is strong in execution, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across a high volume of deliverables.

You will be responsible for translating established creative direction into clean, consistent, and high-quality outputs across print and digital formats.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce marketing materials (ads, brochures, posters, signage)

• Prepare print-ready files and ensure production accuracy

• Adapt existing creative across campaigns and formats

• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables

• Collaborate with copywriters and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years (mid-level) and 6+ years (senior) design experience

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Experience with print production and layout systems

• Strong attention to detail and file organization

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with public-sector or transportation clients

• Basic presentation or PowerPoint design skills

• Motion or video experience is a plus

Work Environment

• Contract through September 2028

• Up to 40 hours per week (no overtime without approval)

• Standard hours aligned to CST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Hybrid or remote flexibility depending on assignment

• Work may be performed onsite in downtown Dallas

Client-provided equipment will be used for all project work (Mac for designers).

Compensation

• Mid-Level: $40–45/hour

• Senior: $50–60/hour
