Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, in-person position based in Miami, FL. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs, develop graphics for a variety of platforms, and contribute to brand development initiatives.
Responsibilities include designing logos, promotional materials, and branding assets, ensuring visual consistency across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's creative assets
Duties and responsibilities
Support Operations team with the design of food and beverage menus for our various properties
Design, maintain and manage the User Experience and user interface for all restaurant websites
Create and manage weekly e-mail newsletters
Organize and design corporate decks and sales presentations
Design digital ads and social assets to promote our various restaurants
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design in Hospitality industry
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of Web & Print Design fundamentals
Knowledge of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) Design
Strong creative and artistic abilities
Fast learner, able to adapt to new programs and processes
Ability to use Design Thinking to solve problems
Excellent communication skills
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to complete projects and revisions in an accurate and timely manner
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
