Graphic Designer, Creative

Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact. This position will provide consultation to clients and is responsible for the project timeline and all phases of the project. Execute franchisees and internal creative requests that support the overall brand strategies and coordinates all phases of assigned projects, including:Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering appropriate information.Planning concept and designObtains approvals.Prepares final layout and copy.Releases final files to the printer; including but not limited to executing final edits, delivering production-ready files, creating versions, creating PDFs and transferring files to the printer.Designs high quality, accurate creative projects that are delivered with a strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards.Follows set brand identity and guarantees brand is consistently and professionally represented through all projectsEnsure optimum operation of equipment and software through knowing preventative maintenance or advising management of issues in a timely manner.Follows and adheres to production processes (paperwork & asset management) including tracking workflow and budget requirements.Cross-trains with other department team members on computer equipment and job related skillsContributes to team efforts as needed.Other duties and special projects as assigned.
