Graphic Designer (Creative - Focused)

You will design signs, graphics, and visual communication solutions for businesses, organizations, events, and commercial spaces. Creating original design concepts based on customer goals, brand standards, site conditions, and project requirements Turning rough ideas, notes, sketches, photos, or customer-provided artwork into professional layouts and proofs Developing visually strong sign and graphics concepts that are both attractive and realistic to produce Preparing customer presentations, mockups, and design proofs that help customers understand the finished result Collaborating with sales, project management, production, and installation teams to make sure designs can be built correctly Reviewing logos, artwork, files, dimensions, colors, materials, and installation considerations before production Balancing creativity with speed, accuracy, and real-world production constraints Helping improve the overall visual quality and professionalism of our customer-facing design work A strong designer in this role will: Make our customer proofs look more polished and intentional Improve the creative quality of signs, wraps, wall graphics, and branded spaces Reduce back-and-forth by asking good questions and thinking through the design before sending proofs Create concepts that customers get excited about and salespeople can confidently present Understand that good design is not just decoration — it should help the customer communicate clearly and look professional Work well with production-focused teammates without creating designs that are impossible, inefficient, or unnecessarily expensive to build Enjoy creating visually compelling designs, not just moving files through a queue Can take vague customer input and turn it into a clean, professional concept Have good design judgment and can explain why a layout works Are comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions without taking it personally Can balance creativity with deadlines and business realities Want your work to be seen in the real world on buildings, vehicles, offices, events, and commercial spaces Like working with a team where sales, design, production, and installation all have to work together
