Graphic Designer / Creative Writer Location: 505 Nicollet Minneapolis, Minnesota Industry: Regulated Utility Create engaging written content for newsletters, brochures, websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, bill inserts, and marketing collateral.Design creative assets including flyers, infographics, presentations, reports, social graphics, signage, and campaign materials.Translate complex business and technical information into clear, customer-friendly communications.Ensure all materials align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and approved messaging.Partner with marketing, customer experience, operations, legal, regulatory, and business stakeholders.Develop executive presentations, visual storytelling assets, and campaign materials.Proofread and review content for quality, accuracy, grammar, and compliance.Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience creating both written content and graphic design materials.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, typography, and layout skills.Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, customer-friendly content.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Portfolio showcasing both writing and design work is required.Preferred Qualifications
