Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will work directly with our polished design team and creative lead, and support projects in the following key areas: • Graphic Design – creating visuals for apparel, promotional items, online campaigns, and print collateral • Logo Design – developing original, memorable logos for brands, events, and internal use • Branding – helping define and execute brand identities, including color systems, typography, visual guidelines, style sheets, mockups, and more • T-Shirt Graphics – designing creative, production-ready artwork for screen print, direct-to-garment, embroidery, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in graphic design, branding, or a related discipline (industry standard suggests 2–5 years for mid-level roles) • Proven portfolio of design work, including logos, branding, apparel graphics, and print and digital deliverables • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; bonus skills in tools such as FlexiSign, Canva, After Effects, or similar • Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, branding, and print-vs-digital media • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: able to interpret briefs, respond to client email requests, present ideas, work in a team environment, and incorporate feedback • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage files and projects, juggle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines • Eagerness to learn, grow, and evolve: you’re interested in industry growth, staying current with design trends, refining workflows, and helping our team get better every year • Fun, energetic attitude: you’re someone people want to work with—bringing positive energy, creative enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset • Willingness to sign a 2-year Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) • Must submit portfolio links and design examples with the application What You’ll Get • Opportunity to join a growing creative team at Hittn’ Skins, working across branding, apparel, merchandise, and visual-identity projects • A hands-on role with real creative ownership—from concept through production • A collaborative, growth-oriented culture where learning, experimentation, and evolving your craft are encouraged • Exposure to multiple facets of design: branding, print, apparel, digital, and internal systems • A fun, dynamic team environment where design matters and your work makes an impact • Tons of industry experience, one-on-one training, workshops, and in-depth discussions in our field How to Apply
