The Jacksonville Symphony is seeking a Graphic Designer & Creative Services Manager to help shape the visual identity of one of Northeast Florida’s premier cultural institutions. Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, this role is central to how the Symphony presents itself to audiences, patrons and the community. Lead Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship • Serve as a key creative voice advancing the Jacksonville Symphony brand • Own visual identity execution across print, digital and environmental channels • Translate artistic programming and marketing strategy into clear visual narratives • Contribute to campaign planning and creative process improvement Design & Produce Campaign Assets • Create materials including season brochures, concert programs, annual reports, digital ads, email/web graphics, signage and more • Support building, lobby and event signage for a cohesive patron experience • Develop materials that drive ticket revenue, subscriptions and fundraising • Prepare production-ready artwork and perform photo retouching as needed • Produce internal materials using standard and large-format printers Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including: • Health insurance • 403(b) retirement plan • Parking • Complimentary concert tickets
