We scale paid media aggressively and treat creative as the primary growth lever.Our team runs structured weekly creative sprints, tests new concepts continuously, and scales what performs. Every asset we produce is measured. Performance is not a guess, it is tracked.We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that in eCommerce, creative drives revenue.This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and performance strategy.You will produce high-volume, performance-focused graphic ads across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Google. Beyond editing, you will contribute to creative structure, hook development, and iteration cycles based on real performance data.This is not a brand storytelling role.
