ABOUT ROSANNEBECK

RosanneBECK is a Dallas-based paper, gift and lifestyle design studio known for colorful, joyful artwork and a fresh take on classic design. For more than 35 years, Rosanne’s original artwork has been brought to life across paper, gifts, home, entertaining and celebrations.

Our Celebrate team brings the RosanneBECK point of view to life for weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties and special events through custom-designed paper goods, event details and more. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Celebrate team and help transform Rosanne’s original artwork into thoughtful, cohesive custom designs for our clients.

This is a part-time position with two days per week in our Dallas office, plus agreed-upon work-from-home hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work alongside Rosanne and the Celebrate team to bring custom event concepts to life using Rosanne’s original artwork and creative direction.Develop cohesive design suites across a wide range of event touchpoints, including invitations, save-the-dates, menus, place cards, signage, cups, napkins, matchbooks, monograms and crests, welcome gifts and other custom details.Translate original paintings and artwork into polished, production-ready designs while maintaining the distinct RosanneBECK aesthetic.Help guide projects from initial concept through final production, managing details, revisions, deadlines and ordering timelines.Prepare digital proofs and production-ready files with exceptional attention to detail.Coordinate with the Celebrate lead designer and other team members to ensure each event feels cohesive from beginning to end.Participate in client meetings and, depending on experience and comfort level, communicate directly with clients throughout the design process.Work with printers and production partners to ensure designs are produced accurately and on schedule.Stay aware of trends across weddings, entertaining, interiors, fashion and retail while creating work that feels fresh and current without losing the timeless RosanneBECK point of view.Pitch in wherever needed as part of a collaborative, creative small team.

WHO YOU ARE

A graphic designer with 3–5+ years of professional design experience and a strong, developed creative point of view.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.A designer with an exceptional eye for color, composition, pattern, scale and detail.Drawn to design that is colorful, feminine, polished, playful and classic—with a little wit and personality.Able to take existing artwork and creative direction and thoughtfully interpret it across many different formats and applications.Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, revisions and production details at once.Collaborative, flexible and excited to work closely with other designers and creatives.Tuned into trends across weddings, events, retail, fashion, interiors and the broader design world.Comfortable working within an established brand aesthetic while still bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the table.

BONUS POINTS

Experience designing for weddings, events, stationery, textiles, surface design, interiors, gifting or other visually related categories.Knowledge of print production, specialty printing techniques, paper stocks, finishing and vendor coordination.Experience preparing artwork for a variety of physical applications and substrates.Experience working directly with clients or translating client feedback into thoughtful creative solutions.
