What you’ll do • Graphic Design & Pre-Press • Build clean, production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator (logos, layouts, proofs) • Format art for large format print, vinyl, and common sign types • Prepare client proofs and manage revisions quickly and accurately • Customer Service & Sales Support • Greet walk-ins; answer phones and emails with a friendly, solutions-oriented tone • Gather specs, photos, and measurements; maintain organized customer records • Create quotes/estimates and follow up with customers professionally • Project Support • Assist the project manager with schedules, purchase orders, and vendor coordination • Conduct site surveys (measurements, photos, access notes); complete simple field forms • Coordinate/supervise non-electrical installs as needed; help with local deliveries • General Office • Keep documentation current (proof approvals, work orders, change logs) • Collaborate with production to ensure files are accurate and on time • Pitch in where needed—this is a team that helps each other win What you bring • Adobe Illustrator proficiency (required); basic Photoshop/InDesign a plus • Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, email, in-person) • Ability to estimate jobs using templates or spreadsheets; comfortable with numbers • Organized, detail-driven, and calm under deadlines in a fast-paced shop • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for surveys/deliveries • Sign industry experience is a plus, but not required—we can train the right person About us At Apple Signs we believe in the power of visual communication.
