Minuteman Press Cudahy is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented team member to join our print and marketing center. This is a hands-on, multi-role position that combines graphic design, customer service, sales, and daily shop operations.

No experience is required — we will train the right person, but basic familiarity with design software is a plus.

Position Overview

This position is ideal for someone who has passion for learning, is patient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in both customer interaction and production support, gaining real-world experience in printing, design, and business operations.

You will play an important role in assisting customers, creating designs, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Assist customers in person, by phone, and by emailAnswer phone calls and respond to customer inquiriesPrepare quotes and follow up with customersSend emails regarding orders, proofs, and updatesCreate and edit designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other common design applicationsHelp prepare files for print productionSupport production including heat press and large format printingOperate cutters, slicers, and other equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspacePerform general cleaning and organization of the shopAssist with sales by recommending products and servicesSupport the team in meeting daily deadlinesRequirements
