Core Functions: Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & installUse Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc.Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls , create estimates, work orders, billing Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.Responsible for the quality of all products.Other Required Skills: Strong communication and listening skills.
