What We’re Looking For: • 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or engineering environment • A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work, with a focus on visual communication and storytelling • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus • High competence in building professional presentations (PowerPoint) with an understanding of how to organize and visualize complex narratives • Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting designs based on strategic input • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented • Familiarity with design trends and best practices in the tech and defense industries is a plus.
