Graphic Designer / Design Team Lead – AGWraps (Chesapeake, VA)

This is not just a creative role—it’s a leadership role. • 3+ years in graphic design (print or wrap industry a huge plus) • Strong Illustrator & Photoshop proficiency • Able to communicate clearly with clients and coworkers • Experienced with templating, paneling, layering, scaling, and production file prep • Obsessed with quality, detail, and “getting it right the first time” • Hungry to grow into leadership and earn a seat at the Profit Share table We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their department’s success—and in return, we’ll share in the profits with you.
