Responsibilities: • Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized graphics for Facebook ads • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce creative assets that drive engagement and conversions • Develop on-brand designs for social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling • Design promotional and brand-focused email assets, including graphics for email campaigns and newsletters • Create illustrations as needed for unique apparel designs or marketing campaigns, maintaining brand alignment • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for visual storytelling and brand communication Requirements: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in eCommerce, with a portfolio showcasing Facebook ad designs • Strong understanding of Facebook ad best practices, visual strategies, and conversion-driven design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other design tools is a plus • Solid experience with social media design, including an understanding of platform-specific formats and trends • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and experience designing email templates • Illustration skills are highly preferred, with experience in creating custom graphics that align with brand tone • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for the fashion/apparel industry Please submit your portfolio along with your resume.
