Congo Brands’ creative department is looking for a talented graphic design intern candidate who can take direction to conceptualize and create visual representations, in both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current design software and have basic knowledge in every step of the... design process, from concept to final deliverable. Responsibilities • Collaborate and brainstorm with team or Art Director on a wide range of materials that may include packaging, posters, point-of-purchase, and marketing support material • Translate art/design direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout design • Manage the design and uploading process for project assets, based on best practices used by the team Preferred Skills And Qualifications • Experience (Academic or professional) in graphic design projects • Junior level, or higher, studies in graphic design, art, or related discipline • Working knowledge of creating digital and social media assets • Basic photography knowledge and competency with photo-editing software
