Graphic Designer, Digital & Social Media

The Munroe Agency, a full-service advertising agency in Center City Philadelphia, is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with 1-4 years of experience to support one of our largest clients. Skills/Qualifications: • Working knowledge of social media platforms • Knowledge of photography best practices for social media • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or similar programs • Able to ideate and execute design for deliverables across many channels and mediums including but not limited to social media, email marketing, video and animation • Can properly package final files to go into production while closely following guidelines • Manages multiple projects, troubleshoots issues/constraints and drives a sense of urgency to meet deadlines • Brings conceptual thinking to each project and can direct the art & copy around these ideas • Actively participates in the review processes • Stays current on design trends, innovations, and technological developments • Collaborates with and reports directly to the Senior Art Director, Art Directors and Account Manager on all projects • Strong time management, critical thinking, and communication skills • Ability to work independently while following existing brand guidelines
