Graphics DesignerThe Graphic Designer will play a key role in crafting high-quality visual content across digital and traditional media. This is a foundational role with growth potential into a more senior or lead design capacity as the company scales. Design marketing assets (e.g., promotional graphics, branding materials).Create static designs primarily (motion graphics are nice-to-haves but not essential).Support UI elements within web/app designs, in collaboration with the UI/UX designer.Develop traditional design assets, including user manuals and printable materials.Maintain and expand the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.Support A/B testing efforts by designing multiple landing page variants in coordination with marketing and CRO goals.Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce environment.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Familiarity with Figma is a strong plus.Ability to produce clean, grid-based, aesthetically balanced layouts.Solid portfolio showcasing a range of work, including marketing materials, branding assets, and product graphics.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while aligning with cross-functional goals.Preferred but Not Required Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)Figma (Nice-to-Have)Canva (For quick internal drafts, not primary tool)Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)
