•Lead the development of a creative ecosystem of internal & consumer-facing education modules, high-level 2D & 3D education tools, videos, training decks, retail store service menus, monthly EDU Mag, and digital assets in partnership with the Specialist, Content and other teams across the organization (including but not limited to, Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, PR & Influencer Relations, Ecom, Creative, Social & Specialty Projects). oCollaborate with Brand, Creative & Marketing to ensure cohesion across all creative & educational assets. oOversee project organization via project management tools & implement new processes to maximize team efficiency & project prioritization. •Partner closely with creative team members to obtain key design elements for all projects. •Must have a strong working knowledge graphic design programs, typography, composition, color proofing, print processes, project specs, web and digital formatting, video editing
