Graphic Designer – Email Marketing (AI-Enhanced Creative)

This is an in-office role based in Lexington, KY, working closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns to life. We’re especially interested in candidates who don’t just use AI tools—but understand how to apply them strategically to create better, faster, and more effective marketing. • Maintain brand consistency across all email communications • Optimize designs based on performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) • Stay ahead of trends in both email marketing and AI-assisted design What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on email marketing • Portfolio showcasing email campaigns and/or digital marketing work • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support creative output (not just basic familiarity) • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy • Experience designing for mobile-first email environments • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an in-person team setting Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
