Job Description Job Description Graphic Designer – Email Marketing Location: Provo, Utah (In-office position preferred) Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (full-time preferred) Pay: 20-30 Hourly About Nwsflash: We’re a Utah-based email and SMS marketing agency helping eCommerce brands grow through design, storytelling, and data. From beautifully crafted campaigns to high-converting flows, we build emails that actually feel good to open. About the Role: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s fluent in Figma and passionate about great design. You’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning email campaigns, and marketing assets that bring our clients’ brands to life. This role is preferably in-office, and you’ll work directly with our creative and strategy teams to concept, design, and deliver high-performing creative for eCommerce brands across fashion, skincare, cycling, wellness, and more. Responsibilities: Design branded email campaigns and flow templates in Figma Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring campaigns to life Maintain visual consistency across all client brands Concept new design ideas for product drops, launches, and seasonal campaigns Work with design systems and update client assets as needed Requirements: Proficient in Figma (required) Strong eye for layout, typography, and composition Understanding of eCommerce and email design best practices Ability to work in the office in Provo, Utah Detail-oriented and organized under fast-paced deadlines Bonus Points: Experience with Klaviyo or other ESPs Familiarity with DTC and eCommerce brand design Interest in marketing, cycling, or wellness industries
