Graphic Designer & Embroidery Machine Operator

Location: City of Syracuse Our client is a well-established outdoor sports equipment and apparel manufacturer in Central New York looking to add a Graphic Designer & Embroidery Machine Operator to their team. You’ll play a key role in designing, producing, and delivering high-quality branded apparel that connects with an outdoor-focused customer base. What the role covers: • Creating custom designs for branded apparel and accessories (hats, t-shirts, jackets, etc.) • Taking projects from concept to final product, including embroidery digitizing and print prep • Operating embroidery machines and transfer printers to produce finished goods • Partnering closely with marketing to ensure designs align with brand standards • Managing production timelines and maintaining quality standards What they’re looking for: • Experience in graphic design • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and embroidery digitizing software • Hands-on experience operating embroidery machines and heat transfer printers • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
