Industry: Nonprofit, Marketing and Events Job Description:Our client is seeking a contract Graphic Designer – Events & Print to support a high-profile annual event and related initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Create visual assets for events including signage, directional graphics, environmental displays, and digital materialsPrepare production-ready files for print vendors, ensuring proper formatting such as bleeds, trims, and color settingsDevelop digital layouts and assets using design tools for presentations, screens, and event-related platformsPartner with internal teams to maintain consistency across all event touchpointsModify and adapt existing brand templates for various formats while preserving brand standardsManage multiple design projects simultaneously within tight deadlinesSupport production workflows by organizing files, maintaining version control, and handling last-minute updatesQualifications:4+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong background in event, experiential, or production designProficiency in Figma is requiredAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and IllustratorExperience preparing files for large-scale print productionStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesPortfolio showcasing event design, signage, and digital work preferredBachelor’s degree preferredAdditional Details:Start Date: Mid-May (target)End Date: 3+ months with potential extension for post-event supportInterview Process: Virtual panel interviewsTeam Size: Approximately 8Organization Size: 250+ employeesWork Environment: Hybrid with required onsite presence on Tuesdays and one additional flexible dayEquipment provided including laptop and design softwareOvertime eligible with manager approvalPerks:Opportunity to support a large-scale national eventExposure to high-impact, mission-driven workCollaborative and creative team environmentFast-paced role with a variety of design projectsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
